Ready, Set,
Go! is a summer camp that Beth Ingram Therapy Services offers our
patients.
Consistency of speech-language therapy is important for continued
progress. Summertime enrichment programs also help children maintain
skills vital for academic and social development. We are pleased to
offer exciting speech-language camps designed to enhance communication,
socialization and language skills.
Through the use of themes and
activities your child will be encouraged to develop play, socialization
and communication skills within an interactive small, peer group.
Ready, Set, Play!
During floor time and
interactive play, children will be guided to play with toys and peers
appropriately. Early language concepts and vocabulary will be targeted.
Ready, Set, Socialize!
During group activities and
creative play, turn-taking skills, sharing and use of social language
with peers will be encouraged and modeled.
Ready, Set, Communicate!
Throughout the camps,
therapists will model and promote the improved use of
age-appropriate speech skills and increased use of expressive language
to communicate.
